So one of our groups started out by reading "The Awesome Book" by Dallas Clayton! It is fantastic and talks all about dreams and how big children should dream. It truly is AWESOME! I seriously plan on giving it as a baby shower gift in the future and for me, a lover of books, that is saying something! You can read the whole thing online too! (Click the pic) GO DO IT NOW :)
We talked about our dreams too after reading the book then we worked on the pictures for our "Awesome bookmarks!" Check out the pic below! I got the idea once again from Pinterest but I thought it fit well and will kick off the summer since the kiddos have to read so much each day (even at camp!)
I got the pictures taken today and will make the bookmarks later this week! Hopefully the kids will get excited about reading! They look like so much fun!
Here's my currently for June, head over to Farley's blog and link up too!!
I feel you - I want summer to go by slowly too!!!
