Art Project!

Well until camp starts, I've had some down time so I thought I'd show you one of the projects I've been working on!

I actually accomplished something I pinned-which is pretty cool!!! The inspiration came from this pin:

So I've never really been a painter, but I'm obsessed with anything rainbow colored so I had to give it a shot!  My favorite part was mixing all the colors!

The tutorial was fairly easy to follow which made me think I could actually accomplish this.  She has some other great paintings on her site too with a similar style.

So I'm sure you're wondering.....how did mine turn out?  Did she really get it done?  Well wait no longer....: 

TA-DA!!!!!!!!! What do you think? If I can do it....anyone can!!!  

I tried to do a little more close-up.  Mine has some differences with the tree a little lighter and my circles a little less defined but I'm happy with how it turned out.

Once camping starts I'll have more teaching stuff I promise....I just thankfully have some down time to be creative right now (thank goodness!)
